In 2019, Allianz Real Estate’s management team asked us to help them find and articulate a new vision that would bring together diverse regional cultures, inspire their teams and help the business embrace their evolving responsibilities in a world where sustainablility went from nice-to-have to a moral imperative almost overnight.
Working hand-in-hand with teams around the world, we established the fundamentals of a new strategy, launched it successfully at the height of Covid Lockdown and developed imaginative showcases for staff and public audiences around the world.
Working with over 400 staff members from Stuttgart to Singapore, we mapped the highs and lows of working at Allianz, their feelings about the present and dreams of the future to establish a new vision and cultural principles that everyone could understand and believe in.
Allianz’s redevelopment of a 1960s icon in downtown Milan presented an opportunity to showcase the best of the company’s ambition. Through imaginative public engagement we developed a brand identity and public exhibition that celebrated the spirit of Milan, the imagination of Gio Ponti and the sustainability of SOM architects forward-thinking reinvention.
During lockdown, the company’s new Vision was launched to all staff via a one month campaign that put the ideas of the strategy at the heart of the business and and began a journey of invention and exploration that will last for months and years to come.
