Historically the quiet force behind great developments, Stanhope is the property developer responsible for creating some of London's most iconic places. They came to us with a challenge: how could they better address the competitive and unpredictable communication challenges of today’s London age without compromising their distinctive and understated culture?
Simply put, London wouldn’t be the same without Stanhope. The Tate Modern. 10 years of Serpentine Pavilions. Extensions to the National Gallery, the Natural History Museum and the Royal Opera House. And that’s just scratching the surface.
Working closely with Stanhope’s management team, we orchestrated a complete strategic communications and design overhaul. This work included formalising a new operating model for the business, as well as a new website where stories from throughout their 30 year history are told - celebrating Stanhope’s unique way of working in a clear and visual manner.
