Strategy consultant with commercial and non-profit experience, including Trillion Trees (WWF, WCS, Birdlife International), Netflix Sustainability, Stratasys, Egyptian Tourism Board, Allianz Real Estate, and a few too many telecoms brands. Co-led the public platform of a climate action campaign convened by TED. Adept at smart project design, live sensemaking and helping organisations define their role in the world.
Natasha Hayman
Consultant
Experience engaging people across public and private sectors from front line to ministers. Tackling policy and strategy challenges in four Government departments, including leading a Defra Climate Adaptation Team; plus clients including ClientEarth, Arts University Plymouth, Oxfam and Oxford North. Graham Beech
Social Citizenship Expert
Strategy consultant specialising in health, justice, social care and young people, working with leaders to improve their impact. Has led critical transformation programmes with local authorities, prisons and probation, youth offending teams and community safety partnerships throughout England and Wales. Spearheaded national programmes on behalf of NHS England, The Home Office, The Ministry of Justice, The Youth Justice Board, The Welsh Government, The Big Lottery, and Social Finance.

Project manager, artist and producer, experienced in brand activation, trends advisory, engagement and project planning and management for clients from big brands to small arts universities. Also works as a London National Park City Ranger.
